Seven flags, hidden in the OS

AhmedOS is a small operating system in the browser, and seven flags are hidden in it: in the files, the terminal, the games, the apps and the page itself. Each flag is a word. Find all seven and you get a code to send Ahmed.

No spoilers here. A few hints: real engineers read the source, list hidden files, and decode what looks encoded. Some flags need you to play well, others to be patient.
